LeBron James won the NBA championship for the Cleveland Cavaliers.
He became the first player in league history to win an NBA title.
The Cavaliers, who finished fourth in the league, are the NBA’s champions after beating the Boston Celtics 111-101 in Game 6.
The win was James’ fifth NBA title, surpassing Kevin Durant’s record of six.
James, who averaged a career-high 26.7 points, 7.8 rebounds and 3.8 assists per game, has become the first NBA champion since Steve Nash in 2006.
The NBA has been playing in the new “NBA2K” video game for four years, but it has not been available on consoles for several years.
The game allows players to play as players from different teams from around the world, with the goal of competing against one another to win the championship.
Players have been able to participate in other popular video games, including the Madden NFL franchise, but the NBA2K series is the first game to have its own version.
The series, which was initially slated to launch this year, was delayed to 2020.
The NBA has also been running the game for several seasons, although it has yet to see the full potential of the game.
The games popularity has been a major draw for NBA2k fans, who have bought hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of the title in the last four years.
“It’s a pretty special game, to have an NBA championship on your mantle,” said Anthony Fenech, who bought the NBA title at a Staples Center auction in February.
“I think it’s going to be the most popular championship ever.”
James scored 23 points and had 12 assists as the Cavaliers beat the Celtics for the title, setting a record for the most points in a Finals game.
James has averaged 23.3 points, 8.3 rebounds and 4.8 blocks per game this postseason.
The Cavs had been without Kyrie Irving, who has been dealing with a knee injury, since Game 3.
Irving has been in the NBA All-Star Game and has led the Cavs to a series sweep of the Celtics in the championship series.
James also scored 24 points and added six assists as he led the Cavaliers to a 104-98 victory over the Boston Trail Blazers in Game 5.
James, who was traded to the Cavaliers by the Cleveland Browns on March 3, has averaged 21.5 points, 10.7 rebounds and 7.6 assists this postseason, including 13.5 per game during the first two rounds.
The two-time NBA champion, who will become an unrestricted free agent next summer, has played for the NBA for more than 20 years.
He also has been an avid sportsman and has taken his wife and daughter to see several pro teams in the NFL.
James has won three NBA championships, one with the Boston Red Sox and two with the Cleveland Indians.
